Essential Job Functions

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets for Adworks products and services.

• Lead a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to drive individual and collective success.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams to expand market presence and drive growth.

• Foster and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their unique needs, proposing tailored solutions, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and operations teams to align sales efforts with overall business goals and deliver a seamless customer experience.

• Stay current with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions and maintain a competitive edge.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in advertising sales, with a demonstrated progression of increasing responsibility and success.

• Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets in the digital advertising or related industry.

• Strong leadership skills with 6 years of experience in managing and developing high-performing sales teams.

• In-depth understanding of digital advertising platforms, technologies, and trends.

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market data and develop actionable insights.

• Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools.
