Primary Function: To assist in the development, planning and coordination of the College’s Admissions Office and participate as a member the Enrollment team to achieve the goals of the division and the College.
 

Responsibilities: (1) Manage assigned recruitment territory area high schools as well as schools outside of the College’s sponsoring school districts. (2) Establish and maintain partnerships with community organizations, businesses, and other civic groups within assigned recruitment territory; develop and execute recruitment strategies for non-traditional (adult learner) populations within assigned recruitment territory. (3) Use Hubspot or equivalent CRM software to access and mine data for recruiting and decision making. (4) Strive to meet enrollment goals within assigned territory. (5) Track and manage communications within assigned territory and the school counselors in those areas. (6) Assist in the review of selective allied health admissions programs. (7) Schedule and conduct appointments with prospective students to discuss the admissions and enrollment process, programs offered and resources provided by the College. (8) Provide direction for students interested in on campus housing, and all other institutional programs/offerings. (9) Coordinate with the Admissions Events Coordinator all campus visits from any organization and/or special groups. (10) Liaison to an assigned NCC academic division. (11) Serve on various committees as assigned. (12) Other duties for the office as assigned which may include one of the following: (a) Develop, coordinate, revise NCC communication plans, utilize appropriate data resources to support plan (b) On and off campus recruitment program planning (c) Diversity outreach planning (d) Systems support/administration (13) Evening and weekend hours are required for special events and during recruiting season. (14) Other duties as may be assigned.
 

Organizational Relationships: (1) Responsible to the Director of Admissions for performance of assigned responsibilities. (2) Work closely with the academic program directors, deans, faculty and staff across campus. (3) Relate to College and department goals.
 

Performance Standards: Performance in this position is considered satisfactory when: (1) mutually agreed upon objectives have been attained within a specified time frame (2) responsibilities of the position have been carried out at a level consistent with performance objectives (3) effective and collaborative relationships exist with other members of the administrative staff
 

Qualifications: (1) Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college. (2) Skills, Knowledge, Abilities: (a) demonstrated organization, communication, and leadership skills; (b) ability to work and communicate effectively with small and large groups, including public speaking (c) ability to function effectively as a member of the Admissions and Enrollment management teams (d) skills in interpersonal relations with the ability to relate to students, academic personnel, and staff (e) ability to adapt to differences and changes in program, colleagues, student, and community characteristics (f) ability to work with and relate to community constituencies (g) experience working with data and data tools (excel, access, commercial reporting tools, etc.) (h) Knowledge of student life cycle experience and the ability to translate this knowledge into effective communication plans designed to support enrollment goals (3) Experience: Minimum of three to four years in an educational or similar environment.
