We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Integration Engineer to join our team. As a Senior Integration Engineer, you will be responsible for owning the integration solution from beginning to end. This will include capturing detailed integration requirements, such as schema definition, data mapping, process flow, enrichment, security/compliance, scale/frequency, monitoring, recoverability etc. You will be creating an integration design, facilitating design reviews, and implementing and testing integration solutions. Responsibilities
    Lead the design and development of complex integration solutions using a variety of tools and technologies.
  • Gather comprehensive integration requirements from stakeholders to formulate robust technical specifications and architecture.
  • Establish and maintain scalable integration workflows, ensuring adaptability to new technologies and methodologies.
  • Administer integration environments, ensuring they are optimized for performance and aligned with ongoing maintenance and upgrades.
  • Conduct rigorous testing phases including unit and integration tests to validate the functionality and performance of integration solutions.
  • Troubleshoot advanced integration issues, providing timely resolutions to maintain system integrity and uptime.
  • Drive the adoption of integration best practices and standards across the organization.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Other duties as assigned

Working Conditions:

95% of time is spent in the office environment, utilizing computers (frequent use of various Microsoft software/programs), phones, and general office equipment. 5% of time is spent outside of the office visiting vendors' and/or internal customers' sites in addition to attending various conferences and meetings.

Qualifications

Education/Experience :

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in integration engineering with a strong track record of successful project delivery
  • Proven expertise in a variety of integration technologies such as ETL tools, API management, messaging, and real-time data processing

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:

  • Advanced knowledge of application integration best practices and industry standards, integrating between Cloud and on-prem environments.
  • Familiarity with various application integration patterns and techniques.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems and adapt quickly to new technologies.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of working with cross-functional teams and driving multi-functional initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead through influence and mentorship.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to view video display terminal images < 18" away from face for extended periods oftime - up to four (4) hours at a time.
  • Ability to operate a computer keyboard, mouse and telephone.
  • Ability to sit for extended periods of time - up to four (4) hours at a time.
  • Ability to lift, tug, pull up to fifteen (15) pounds.

This role's annual base salary range is between $115,500 and $165,000.
