This position is responsible for the operations of both Men’s/Women’s Golf Teams and will report to the Head Coach of Men’s/Women’s Golf. The role will:

Manage and oversee all aspects of Tournament operations for each Golf program.
Serve as primary contact to facilitate media for each team including social media accounts and press releases.
Be responsible for daily operations including equipment, purchasing, facility coordination, monitoring fuel station, team travel logistics, alumni relations, student welfare, camps, and practice setup.
Will supervise team managers, ARMS program scheduling.
Plan and organize official/unofficial visits and assist in hosting recruits during recruiting weekends.
Recruit tracking and data base management.
Work closely with coaches and support staff in all areas to support student-athlete development.
Coach players at Individual Events and attend some team tournament/practice trips.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree (4 years).
1 to 2 years experience
Knowledge of how a college athletic program operates.
Knowledge of the NCAA rules and particularly how they apply to men’s and women’s golf
Strong computer skills and ability to use video and other electronic equipment.
Good interpersonal skills.
Previous experience as a student athlete and/or working within an athletics department highly desired.
