Job Overview

Serve as primary manager providing team oversight and coordination for personnel and activities executing NAVWAR Acquisition Policy and Business Operations (APBO) Support Services. Provide day-to-day managerial oversight of team personnel to plan, executes and manages programs and projects.

Primary point of contact representing Chugach Government Services.

Salary: $175K

Work Model: Onsite/Office-Based


Responsibilities

Essential Duties & Job Functions:
  • Provide personnel and technical management of personnel to effectively accomplish tasks on time and on budget.
  • Review and approval authority for assigned personnel, coordinating, prioritizing, and managing task execution including budget and expenditures to effectively manager task execution including workload distribution.
  • Generate and/or review documentation supporting contract and task execution such as but not limited to Monthly Status Reports, trip reports, technical studies, and reviews. Prepare and present information regarding task, program, or projects.
  • Personnel management/duties include but not limited: hiring manager, generating position descriptions, interviewing personnel, annual reviews, and overseeing individual training and development and certifications.
  • Oversees or supervises the APBO contractor team.
  • Coordinates with CGS and Government personnel to ensure proper contract execution.
  • Provides technical guidance and recommendations for contract execution.
  • Prepare and submit documentation as required.
  • Support and enforce CGS policies and procedures.
  • Support Bid and Proposal efforts.

Job Requirements

Mandatory:
  • Ten (10) years of professional experience in project/program management
  • Bachelor's degree in any technical, managerial, or business discipline or
    • Associate degree plus four (4) additional years of relevant work experience
  • Specialized experience with planning, execution, and managing programs and/or projects within the Department of Defense
  • Experience applying data management, data analysis, and data visualization.
  • Experience preparing programmatic briefs, metrics, and reports.
  • U.S. Citizenship
  • Valid State driver's license.
  • Must meet baseline information assurance (IA) certification for an IAT Level II position per DoD 8570.01-M (Security+ or equivalent)
  • Active SECRET Security Clearance.
  • Must be able to successfully pass any employment background check and or drug testing required on the contract.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in at least two or more of the following:
    • Government Contracting Policy
    • Contract Management
    • Records Management
    • Workload Analysis
    • Automation Support
    • Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning
    • eBusiness Support
