WHAT WOULD YOU DO AS A NONPROFIT REGIONAL MANAGER

As a Nonprofit Regional Manager, you will have the unique opportunity to be a member of our esteemed leadership team. You will collaborate closely with other leaders, contributing your expertise and insights to shape the strategic direction of our organization. A key aspect of your role will be investigating and providing follow-up and mediation for concerns raised by program participants, stakeholders, and staff. This includes addressing feedback received through participant surveys, website inquiries, social media platforms, and other communication channels. Moreover, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of wellness services in accordance with contractual obligations for individuals served who present medical claims. This opportunity presents a rewarding and challenging role where you can utilize your leadership skills and passion for making a positive impact in people's lives.


YOUR SCHEDULE

You will work during the day with 30% or more travel.


REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree OR equivalent education and experience

Five years of program management and supervisory experience is preferred, and nonprofit experience would be a plus.
