Job Description

DESCRIPTION

The Resuscitation Program Administrative Assistant provides administrative support for growing ART/BART program. Program ensures training classes available for all team members required to attend ART or BART training as part of job description. Administrative Assistant supports resuscitation program team members, reserves class space and training equipment, orders training supplies and equipment, manages telephone and email communication with team members and managers, manages attendance and classes in learning management system, performs proactive surveillance of class registrations, and compiles/maintains class data for outcome reporting. Performs other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Minimum three (3) years of high-level administrative responsibility in hospital support, professional office, or similar environment.

  • Thorough knowledge in administrative procedures and processes including word processing, spreadsheet and database applications.

  • Requires good verbal and written communication skills, active listening, critical thinking, multi-task and time management skills.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft office programs.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in a related area.
  • UCLC or LMS experience.
  • Program management experience.
  • Quality improvement experience.
  • Lean Training.
  • Interpersonal and work leadership skills to provide guidance to other nonexempt personnel.
SPECIAL CONDITIONS
  • Must be able to work various hours and locations based on business needs.
  • Employment is subject to a criminal background check and pre-employment physical.

Pay Transparency Act

Annual Full Pay Range: $40,700 - $81,850 (will be prorated if the appointment percentage is less than 100%)

Hourly Equivalent: $19.49 - $39.20

Factors in determining the appropriate compensation for a role include experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The Hiring Pay Scale referenced in the job posting is the budgeted salary or hourly range that the University reasonably expects to pay for this position. The Annual Full Pay Range may be broader than what the University anticipates to pay for this position, based on internal equity, budget, and collective bargaining agreements (when applicable).
