* respond to inquiries from the public, students, faculty, other departments by phone, email
* arrange for room reservations and access to facilities
* maintain conditions of facilities, submitting tickets for repairs as necessary
* process rental agreements (lockers, instruments, etc.)
* create spreadsheets and documents
* coordinate logistics for concerts and events, including recording and editing
* maintain accurate instrument and library inventory
