Job Description:
Learning Objectives:
- Support the Dean of Academic Success and the Program Manager for the Online Associate of Arts degree
- Represent the College and may act as the first point of contact for students who visit the office or inquire about the Online AA program
- Develop customer service skills by providing students and visitors with support and assistance
- Develop relationships with new and continuing students while encouraging and promoting their success
- Assist with recruitment, retention, and success of current and future students Complete other duties as requested.
- Consistently maintain 6 credit hours each semester;
- Maintain satisfactory academic progress;
- Adhere to College's confidentiality policy;
- Successfully pass background/drug screening;
- Answer phone and take messages;
- Clerical duties such as filing, data entry, copying and faxing;
- Open and sort mail;
- Strong interpersonal communication skills;
- Willingness to learn new technology;
- Assist with special projects;
- Other duties as assigned.
