The research hopes to advance steel reuse within the U.S. and will focus on the carbon implications of steel reuse, consistency across industry, and data quality and availability for reused structural materials. Will have the opportunity to advance your own research goals, collaborate with industry/public stakeholders to enhance the project's reach and impact, contribute to peer-reviewed publications, present findings at scientific conferences, organize workshops, contribute to industry projects, and mentor graduate/undergraduate students.
