The Career Development Office at Notre Dame Law School is seeking candidates to join our team as an Office Coordinator. We are a close-knit group that enjoys working together and shares a deep commitment to supporting our students in their pursuit of their professional goals. Our coordinator will provide front desk coverage and serve as the first point of contact for all office visitors.
Additional duties will include:

- Maintaining office supplies, snacks, coffee, and other inventory.
- Reserving rooms and ordering food for programs.
- Scheduling meetings and managing office calendars.
- Processing payments and assisting with office paperwork.
- Monitoring the office’s email account and main phone line.
- Assisting with special projects as assigned.
This is a 2-yr limited term position.
Minimum Qualifications
Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills who enjoys engaging with students. Keen attention to detail and highly organized. Proficient in Google Workspace applications such as Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Forms. Comfort with technology and eagerness/ability to learn new programs and platforms.
