Job Description:

SCOPE: The Vice President, Human Resources will develop, implement, and coordinate strategic policies, procedures, and programs across all Mary Bird Perkins Cancer Center (MBPCC) locations and affiliated physician groups. This role encompasses leadership in recruitment and retention, compensation and benefits administration, performance management, education, training, and employee support services.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree required in Human Resources, Management, or related field; Master’s degree and/or PHR certification preferred.
Minimum of 10 years in professional HR, with at least 5 years in management.
PHR and/or SPHR preferred

Strong HR background with expertise in employment law, management practices, compensation, benefits, and employee relations.
Proficiency in HRIS systems; familiarity with Workday™ is advantageous.
