This is a per diem 8-hour Night shift (11:00pm-7:30am) position located at Scripps Mercy San Diego in Hillcrest. Must be available to work weekends.

We invite you to join our team of Registered Nurses in the 36-bed Psychiatric Acute Unit where the RNs are responsible for:
- Providing direct patient care, observation and management of behavioral health patients.
- Assessment, plan and implement care and evaluating patients' progress towards expected outcomes.
- Takes primary responsibility for the patients' care as delivered by the Care Team.
- Manage de-escalation of behavioral disturbances
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- One (1) year of RN experience
- Current CA Registered Nurse License
- Current BLS from the American Heart Association
- Must be able to demonstrate positive behaviors.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in nursing
- Behavioral Health and/or ED experience

Minimum Rate (USD): 57.00 - Maximum Rate (USD): 81.60
