• providing direct supervision of accounts receivable staff including training;
• Banner Student Billing System and report generation;
• serving as the primary point of contact for technical Banner issues;
• collection and resolution of current accounts;
• serving as the primary point person for the annual A133 audit related to student accounts receivable;
• documenting and developing office procedure manual as it relates to Banner; and  
• ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Bachelor's degree
• Demonstrated ability to maintain/update rate changes and billing rules in system billing tables and set up refund tables.
• Demonstrated customer service skills in a student-centered environment.
• Demonstrated time management, communication, and analytical skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with the ability to multitask.
• Proficient in systems - Word and Excel.
• Satisfactory background and/or DMV checks required.

• 3-5 years of related experience, preferably in collection.
• Knowledge of Banner is a plus.
