Summary

Information and Technology Services (ITS) is looking for a Business Analyst Intermediate to join the Enterprise Applications Services (EAS) Salesforce Center of Excellence (SFCOE) team within ITS.

You like working on a highly collaborative Salesforce team bringing new ideas and perspectives. You like to analyze business processes, gather requirements, document and test Salesforce solutions. You value a culture that is rooted in mutual respect, where you can learn from different perspectives, roles, and identities.

Remote work is currently available with the possibility to renew every year based on University and ITS leadership directive, business needs, and/or performance.  You will need to occasionally attend meetings on the Ann Arbor campus and be within a reasonably commutable distance. Details can be worked out with the hiring manager. Standard working hours are in the eastern time zone.

This position is a three-year term limited position.
