Job Description
This is a full-time, salaried Leadership position located at our Scripps Mercy campus in Hillcrest. Must be available to work Monday-Friday with occasional weekends as needed. This position is eligible to participate in the Manager Incentive Compensation Plan for FY25.

The Environmental Services Manager will be accountable for achieving cleanliness standards for assigned facility(s). Ensures facilities are clean and organized. Communicates with and/or respond needs of patients, families and staff. Performs quality control and identifies and implements process improvement initiatives. Ensures staff are trained and maintains staff competencies.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- 5 years leadership experience within facility support services
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Environmental Services Leadership experience
- Healthcare experience
