The Facility Security Officer (FSO) will be responsible for supervising and directing security measures necessary for implementing the requirements of TTM Technologies' Security Procedure Manual in accordance with National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) procedures.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain compliance with all U.S. Government security regulations including National Industrial Security Program (NISP)
Maintain the Insider Threat Program
Maintain databases and government portals related to personnel and facility clearances for the TTM cleared facility
Coordination with TTM corporate security personnel in all aspects of the security program including interactions with customer and government personnel
Safeguarding and monitoring classified information located at the site
Investigating and reporting security violations and adverse information reports with the cognizant government security agency in accordance with the incident response program
Conduct employee PCL security briefings and debriefings
Conducting general and program-specific briefings
Coordinating information security and plant protection activities
Establish and maintain working relationships with government representatives
Participate in the development of and conducts security education programs
Direct employees in the proper application process for security clearances using approved government systems
Management of access control systems and intrusion detection systems for classified processing areas
Support ISSM and ISSO with RMF compliance
Oversight and management of physical ACS (access control systems) for employees and visitors
Oversight and management of physical IDS (intrusion detection systems) for the site
Conduct Initial Indoctrination briefings for newly cleared employees
Conduct Reinvestigation clearance process on all cleared employees
Management of classified transfers to and from the facility including maintenance of external shipping providers
Support visits and inspections
Supports the Information Security and Physical Security Programs in the assessment of spaces and equipment for storing and handling classified material
Provide oversight to ensure compliance with the media protection policy including proper storage utilization and destruction of materials
Interprets and applies the NISPOM and DAAPM regulations and other relevant publications to ensure compliance with government requirements
Essential Knowledge and Skills:
Eligibility for a U.S. Government security clearance
Experience in the development and directing of security education programs and conducting internal investigations
Experience in the maintenance of security files for all cleared employees
Experience in establishing and maintaining working relationships with government representatives
Management of security needs of the resident leadership; visitors, parent company, and government customers

Compensation ranges for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At TTM Technologies, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on each individual set of circumstances. A reasonable estimate of the current range is:
$73,119 - $121,864Additional compensation: An annual or quarterly company bonus may apply based on position assignment. Positions hired for alternative shift may be eligible for a shift premium based on the assigned shift and location.

Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR and OFAC including but not limited to: a) being able to identify ITAR product on the manufacturing floor and understand that access to these products and related technical data is restricted to only US Citizens and US Permanent Residents; b) recognition ofForeign Person visitors by badge differentiation; c) understand and follow authorization procedures for bringing foreign visitors into facilities (VAL); d) understand the Export and ITAR requirements for shipments leaving the US; e) manage vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services.
