We are looking for a Program Manager to join our team. HWE Operations Support's mission is to systematically enable and improve HWE's business and operational outcomes. Put simply, we are here to provide services that enable the business to run well. In this role you will be responsible for driving and delivering on key operational initiatives from ideation through implementation. Your initial focus will be on leading HWE's planning efforts. This important role drives the overall process for the organization, ensuring we that can characterize the effort required to execute on product roadmaps, present a plan, and enable decision making. This includes envisioning and driving continuous improvements to the workflow, data quality, and the tools required to plan at scale. This work requires a unique blend of strategic thinking, program management rigor, relationship building, business analysis, and ability to increase workflow efficiency through various means, including software tools. Description

- 10+ years of relevant work experience in the field of Program Management, Business Analysis, or a related role, including experience managing multiple, fast-paced projects simultaneously. - Demonstrated ability to collaborate, influence, and lead at all levels, with an exceptional ability to forge relationships and resolve conflict. - Strong data analysis, critical thinking, and problem solving skills. - A polished verbal, written, and visual communicator with strong executive presence. - Familiarity with the software development lifecycle. - A self-starter with a strong sense of integrity and personal accountability.

Key Qualifications

  • Leverage both quantitative and qualitative business insights in order to develop and execute on program strategy.
  • Drive alignment and manage expectations of leadership, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Serve as the bridge between business leaders, data science, and software development teams, translating insights and strategy into actionable requirements.
  • Provide day-to-day cross-functional coordination and program oversight, monitoring progress, reporting on status, and flagging/resolving risks to program delivery.
  • Prepare internal and executive-level presentation materials, facilitate meetings, document outcomes, and drive after-actions.


Education & Experience

Bachelors Degree preferred

    At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $127,400 and $252,700, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
