Contract Length: 18 monthsLocation: Remote - candidates must align to Pacific Standard Time work schedule
Rate: 55.00/hour

This person will support the design research and market research team - agency or enterprise background welcome
Duties:
* Manages general activities of an organization's operations in a non-manufacturing environment. Develops and implements company policies and procedures as well as ensures compliance with these procedures. Evaluates and enhances current operational systems. Prepares reports and audits to monitor and improve operations effectiveness. May coordinate communication between different functions. Manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes.

* Required Skills : Looking for someone with Research operations skills that include invoicing, POs, paying incentives to our customers, and pulling samples for the research team under Pii compliance. We would like someone that is organized, can handle new and existing contracts and is a great culture fit
