Digital Marketing Manager San Diego, CA

Your Tasks:

This position is primarily responsible for planning, scheduling, implementing, and overseeing both long-term digital marketing campaigns as well as short-term digital marketing tactics for the MarCom and product management teams. Serves as the primary point of contact for the global digital marketing team and collaborates with INC marketing and sales teams on eCommunication and digital marketing strategies, schedules, and projects.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the development and execution of digital marketing programs to optimize database marketing and email performance, brand presentation, target audience segmentation, and current digital marketing strategies for the company.
  • Measure and report email and marketing database performance against established benchmarks and KPIs; manages research, analysis, and monitoring of new digital channels and platforms.
  • Work with global digital marketing team to plan and develop landing pages, build and optimize SEO/SEM, arrange paid and organic social media, and formulate global display advertising activities.
  • Work with the development team for implementation and testing of all new and updated digital marketing platforms/functions/features.
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing. Plan, execute, measure, and report A/B testing and other performance and conversion testing.
  • Oversee digital marketing assignments requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related concentration; A minimum of 5 years' experience in a progressive Marketing role; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Prefer experience in a life science industry.

    Physical Demands:

The employee is required to stand; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Must have ability to handle more than one task at a time and must work at a rapid pace while maintaining attention to detail. Must be able to travel occasionally by car and plane.

    The anticipated base salary range has been established at $91,100 - $123,300/year. The salary of the finalist(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, experience, education, specialization, skills, abilities, and training. The above salary range represents the Company's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. In addition to your salary, the Company offers a comprehensive benefits package including health, vision, and dental insurance, plus a 401(k) plan. All benefits are subject to eligibility requirements. Certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as bonuses or commissions.
